What’s the difference between pausing and canceling a membership?

How do I request copy?
After purchasing a membership, you'll get access to your private Trello board with all the details and instructions.
To create an order, simply add a new card in the "Orders" column with your task details. Once you're ready for us to start working, move the card to the "Currently In Progress" column.
Describe your task however you prefer—type it in the card, link a Google Doc, or record a Loom video. We keep the process flexible to fit your workflow.
Can I ask for changes if I don’t like the copy?
Of course. Share your feedback, and we’ll revise it as many times as necessary to ensure it meets your expectations.
Do you cover all types of copywriting?
We don’t handle SEO copywriting, as it’s not our area of focus. However, we can connect you with a reliable expert who does it well.
What if I have a one-time project?
CopyDiner is designed for ongoing needs,, but you can still purchase a Classic membership, complete the project, and pause the plan. The remaining days can be used when you’re ready for another task.
Can I get a refund if I’m unhappy with the service?
